This BDM role is designed for Senior Sales Professionals who want to break and manage large accounts, gain a strong foothold and manage them strategically. You will enjoy support from our Research Analysts, Inside Sales Team, and our Recruiting teams built to assist you in meeting and exceeding client expectations.
You maintain and expand key relationships and sell throughout the client organization – partnering with our award-winning Business Intelligence, and Healthcare practices to exchange leads and drive more business. You will have the ability to focus on a key vertical, bringing the right mix of domain knowledge and responsiveness, but also have the ability to work with key accounts outside that vertical as you develop relationships.
A suitable BDM candidate should have the following:
· 5+ years of demonstrated IT staffing sales success in breaking large accounts and managing key existing accounts strategically
· Relationships in a Key Account they can engage with immediately
· The demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
· Consistent success in Entrepreneurial environments
· Internal motivation, confidence, an outgoing personality, and great listening skills.
