A representative from your company will have the opportunity to introduce this year’s convention keynote speaker. Convention promotions, including print mailings, e-mails, and broadcast faxes, will identify your exclusive sponsorship. In addition, you will receive a free exhibit booth, a full-page recognition in our conference brochure, a free sponsorship banner, and marketing materials placed in our convention bags. This is the convention’s best opportunity to gain exposure for your company.

Gold Sponsorship:                  $1,750

Save money with this sponsorship package. Receive a free exhibit booth, a full-page recognition in our conference brochure, a sponsorship banner, marketing materials in our convention bags, and prime exposure as a special sponsor. 

Silver Sponsorship:                  $1,200

Save money with this sponsorship package. Receive a free exhibit booth, a half-page recognition in our conference brochure, marketing materials in the convention bags, and prime exposure as a special sponsor.

Thursday Dinner Sponsorship:                    $1,250

Become the official sponsor of the convention’s most anticipated event! Your company will be featured prominently in our convention promotions. This sponsorship is valuable enough—but you’ll also have the opportunity to get creative: print your logo on stacks of napkins, rent a DJ for the event, coordinate with our convention committee and make this event truly unique! 

Marketing materials placed into Conference Carry-all Bags:         $450

This is our most sought-after sponsorship. Your printed marketing materials, and reasonably-sized premiums and incentives will be placed into every attendee’s conference carry-all bag. This guarantees that your message will be delivered directly to your target audience. Our high quality canvas shoulder bags, just like the ones at the national conventions, provide ample room for your materials. 

Refreshment Break Sponsorship:         $500—Plus food, beverage, tax and tip. This cost-effective marketing opportunity offers your company identification and print materials on a table and counter top, and signage of your sponsorship carefully placed all around the break area. Your staff can circulate through the crowd dispensing premiums and incentives, or hold a raffle drawing. Coordinate with OSSA to choose your own refreshment options.

Exhibitor Full Booth or Table Top:         $800 for OSSA members

Display your products and services in our convention vendor hall. Bring a full booth, or utilize a table-top display. Attendees will be given ample opportunity to spend time with you and gather your information, samples, and premiums with abandon. You can send your own staff to manage your exhibit area, or OSSA can arrange to supply professionally-attired “temps”. Exhibitor will pay any additional costs regarding electrical equipment, Internet connections, etc. 

Conference Program Ad:

$395 for a full page recognition

$500 for the back cover

Our printed brochure will be given to every attendee when they arrive. It will feature the convention’s schedule of events, speaker bios, and welcome letters from OSSA board members. Show your company’s support of OSSA and earn some exposure with a full or half-page brochure recognition.
