I was founding partner of Selective Staffing,( SSI) now a part of AON Consulting, providing hiring systems and execution of such to Fortune 500 companies, such as Whirlpool, GE, Sony, to name a few.In 1994 I divested my interest in this organization to focus completely on the Time Franchise. SSI was the leader in RPO projects and the leader in the infancy of this sector.
In 1992 I partnered with Time Services to start-up Time Staffing in Northwestern Ohio. To date we have staffed through "relationship partnering"
Projects ranging from 1 to 250 + people. The scope, although concentrated in the Manufacturing sector, includes Hourly to professional management. We also have been involved in several start-up organizations and work with small business as well.
In 1998 we started our Technical group to assist and support our manufacturing clients. We expanded this groups scope by assisting a very large Ohio civil engineering company. From 2000 to 2006 we took this group from just under 300 employees to over 500 employees in multiple eastern US locations. We accomplished this with less than 5% turnover over that time span. Our technical group is now working with service, and manufacturing organizations within the IT realm, through both contract and direct placements. We accomplish this by executing best practices in our processes, focusing upon client "fit" and having a nationwide reach to obtain the best talent available.
We position our staff by setting clear expectations and by providing self and programed training within as well as outside our organization. We believe that our company will prosper as a result of Communicating effectively, Caring about people whom we serve, and being Committed to be the best at what we do.
