Candidate interviews, work orders, placement calls, replacement calls, sales calls, follow-up calls, orientation, timesheets, trouble-shooting. Accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reports. The list is long in our day-to-day staffing and recruiting responsibilities.

But it is equally important to our business success to take time to think about what’s next. What will candidates look like in the future, how can I protect my business, what will continue to motivate staff to grow business and how do we keep up with ever-changing technology! Together, let us look ahead to the next horizon in staffing.
