    About the Webinar:

Hundreds of stranded Texas residents sought help by posting on Facebook and Twitter. They tweeted their addresses to emergency officials and posted pictures of rising water levels.  The social media interaction during this disaster is on a scale that has never been seen before in the United States.   BUT HOW DOES THIS IMPACT YOU?

It proves that people are communicating differently.  Often, they won’t accept your call until they’ve checked you out on LinkedIn or someone has referred you.  Our business has always been about building relationships with clients and candidates, but consumer behaviors are rapidly changing.

What hasn’t changed is the value of networking and referrals, it’s just that social media has changed the way we network and obtain referrals.   If you are not obtaining 40% or more of your new candidates and clients from referrals – this webinar was written for you.

    Topics will include:

    • Best practices for communicating with clients and candidates
    • Why your LinkedIn Profile should not regurgitate your resume
    • Seven strategies to increase candidate referrals
    • Seven strategies to increase client referrals
    • Barb will allow time to answer questions most important to you!
